In addition to our regular curricula opportunities and educational visits, we offer a range of after school and lunch-time clubs that children may choose to attend from Y1 to Y6.

Enrichment opportunities offered during the course of the academic year typically include: Football, Netball, Running, Dance, Multisports, Boxercise, Art, Choir and Drama. We also offer weekly home learning clubs for all children in KS2.

Details of the clubs are available from the school office.  Clubs are run by a mixture of external coaches and school staff – all of whom are experts in their fields.

In order that clubs run efficiently there is a session charge made to all pupils who participate. Clubs typically run from the end of the school day until 4.30 pm although some offer a later session when children need to return to school from 4.30 pm until 5.30 pm.

As a school, we do not want cost to be a barrier for any child who wishes to participate in a club.  If, for any reason, you are unable to meet the costs of a club or if you are in receipt of free school meals, please make an appointment with Mrs Taylor or Mrs Shildrick to discuss the matter.  The school has identified funding to assist families with specific needs – so please never let finance be a barrier to your child taking part.
