At Barley Fields Primary, we are proud to share our pupils’ achievements for the 2025 academic year. Our performance data highlights strong outcomes across all key stages, from the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2), providing a clear picture of our children’s progress and attainment.
- In EYFS, we track the Good Level of Development (GLD), which shows the proportion of children meeting expected outcomes in personal, social, emotional development, communication, language, literacy, and mathematics.
- In Year 1, the Phonics Screening Check helps ensure pupils are developing strong foundational reading skills.
- In Year 4, the Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) measures fluency in times tables, a key skill underpinning success in mathematics.
- In Year 6, pupils complete the KS2 SATs, assessing reading, writing, mathematics, and grammar, punctuation & spelling (GPS), including achievement at the higher standard (Greater Depth).
By reviewing these results, including year-on-year trends, we can celebrate our successes, monitor progress, and identify areas where additional support ensures all pupils reach their full potential.
